This week in the RoomCritic Instagram Gallery, we take you to the South American city, Panama City. (Not Panama City, Florida) to visit the small, art centric, boutique Tantalo Hotel / Kitchen / Rooftop. There is so much we love about this hotel, the stunning interior design of the lobby and public spaces, the 13 unique rooms all individually painted by local artists, the ‘living-wall’ in the lobby and the rooftop bar with a view of Panama City that is simply awesome.
Most of the 150+ images of the hotel currently in the gallery, show the process of renovating and opening the hotel. Throughout the week we’ll be getting the guys to add more photos of the rooms and spaces so watch out as more photos are uploaded. We are looking to stay here in a few weeks! While the rooms are majestic without need for convincing, is ther area surrounding the hotel safe? What about during the day, is it close to any restaurants in the area?

We have not stayed at the Tantalo Hotel yet so we can’t tell you what it’s like. If I were you, I would ask a few people on Instagram who have stayed there. Search for the #tantalohotel tag. You’ll be able to leave a comment on the pictures, ask the users who have taken the photos. Hope this helps. RC
