Video | Raffles hotels and resorts new short film ‘The Story Continues’

The five and a half minute video ‘The Story Continues’ for Raffles Hotels and Resorts, follows a number of guests during their stay and focusses on the emotional connections, memories and experiences they have with their families and the destination itself.

Raffles believe that true luxury is not just about material luxury, it’s about how they make guests feel, by delivering the warmest welcome, the most comfortable stay, the richest experiences and the fondest memories. “A stay with Raffles is an emotional luxury oasis for the well travelled”.

The video released on YouTube yesterday is beautifully shot with a premium feel. A bit too much soft focus makes the film feel older than its days and already dated. It’s also way too long. The end of the video doesn’t really offer any more than the viewer would have gotten within the first 2 minutes. Unfortunately we are unsure of the actual destination or destinations featured, but if we find out we’ll let you know.

What do you think of the video? Does it change or your thoughts of Raffles Hotels and Resorts
