The Mira Hong Kong Hotel Standard Room 906 Review

The standard rooms at The Mira Hong Kong would be considered an average size for Hong Kong. We would recommend this room type for a single or couple staying for a few days to a week.

What to expect – The Mira Hong Kong Hotel Standard Room 906 Review

The standard rooms at The Mira Hong Kong would be considered an average size for Hong Kong. We would recommend this room type for a single or couple staying for a few days to a week.

We had our young 9 month old also with us on our trip and the room felt tight. The decor, like the rest of the hotel is beautiful. The attention to design is great and guests can choose from a range of room colours if they please. There are also a number of larger room types to choose from if needed.

Although the bathroom is OK in size, it does feature luxury Aromatherapy Associates bathroom amenities and the all important choice of regular power shower and rain shower. The interior designers have done a great job with these rooms using electronic blinds set in the glass walls to the bathroom that can be opened to give a feeling of greater space.

There are a number of standout features in the room. Free Wi-Fi, well stocked mini-bar, access to a mobile phone while staying at the hotel, however with all of that the lack of coffee machine was very disappointing.

Having also stayed at the Mira, I thought the property was nice enough and well located, but the noise/sound issues from the hall were a lot for me to overcome. I would probably stay at another hotel if I was returning to Hong Kong.

Hi Ann, I’m sorry to hear your stay was not as you had hoped. We didn’t experience the same noise problem during our stay.
