Restaurant Botanica at Spicers Vineyards Estate Hotel Hunter Valley is highly acclaimed, we were told the chef enhances the seasonal menu by selecting the freshest produce and accompaniments from the local garden on the day. A three course dinner enticed the appetite with a complimentary canapé and delicate dishes that included tempura zucchini flowers, ocean trout and caramelised pork belly. Continue admiring the vineyards in the morning light over breakfast in the restaurant. Spicers’ touch on the original Vineyards breakfast included a modest buffet of cereals and a daily selection of fresh fruit and yoghurt, mini pastries and hot dishes all delivered to your table.
